Story

Your work deserves more than a general-purpose tool.

Choose your role to explore your priorities, your workflow and the features that help you move forward.

Production

The show moves forward. You stay in control.

Parties, date, fee and terms flow from the hold to the contract, then to the deposit invoice. E-signature included. Zero retyping.

01

Contract and deposit generated from the deal

Parties, date, fee and terms flow from the hold to the contract, then to the deposit invoice. E-signature included. Zero retyping.

02

Official resale at the price you set

A fan who can’t make it resells inside your circuit, at the cap you decide. The old ticket dies, the new one is named, you see everything.

03

The show settlement while you pack up

Revenue, fee, expenses and payouts reconcile against the budget live. The margin is there by morning, so is the accounting export.

01 / Prospect & sign

An email becomes a hold. A hold becomes a contract.

You find La Cigale in the directory, place a hold from the CRM, and the venue answers in the same thread. The day they confirm, the contract, quote and deposit invoice are already filled with the parties, the date and the fee. You proofread, you sign, you go.

02 / Produce

The confirmed date becomes a production plan.

Stage manager, freelance techs, driver: each one is suggested from real availability. The rider and the venue tech pack are already there. The day sheet generates itself, lands on everyone’s phone, and warns you if two people are expected in the same place at the same time.

03 / Settle & repeat

The settlement does itself. So does the rebooking.

Ticket revenue, fee, expenses and payouts reconcile against the budget while you pack the truck. The margin is there by morning, settlements checked, accounting export ready. The 1,388 attendees become the audience for the next date.

The roadmap

Everyday work first. Then the whole live workflow.

Private beta is planned for early 2027. First, connect booking, production and financial tracking. Then add event operations as each stage is validated.

01V1 target

The operational core

Contacts, organisations, permissions and history form the foundation. The first workflow then connects opportunities, holds, contracts, budgets and production planning.

02Next stages

Sales and audiences

Ticketing, access control, official resale and audience tools will follow validation of earlier stages. Kora and integrations will also have a defined scope and clear permissions.

03Extensions

Advanced uses

Cashless, point of sale, 3D staging and payroll integrations are planned extensions. We will announce dates when confirmed, with priorities informed by feedback from the field.

Roadmap
Intermission · Read on Trustpilot

We read the reviews. All of them. Including the one-star ones.

Tens of thousands of public reviews about the ticketing platforms your audience uses today. Every quote is reproduced word for word and links to the original review. Check for yourself.

What a miserable website. Not user friendly, hard to navigate. Would never recommend this site. I tried multiple times to use a promo code and every time it was rejected. By not accepting the promo code it cost me an extra $30.00 Pitiful.

Roadmap

What Kotana changes

Promo codes, tiers and quotas are rules on the event itself. What the buyer sees at checkout is what the organiser configured — no silent rejection.

Quotes reproduced word for word from the public Trustpilot pages of the platforms named, retrieved 8 September 2026; overall score and review counts as of the same date. Every quote links to the original review. Author names are not reproduced. These platforms also have a majority of positive reviews — their overall score is shown next to each quote: we quote the problems Kotana solves.

Three ways to pay for Kotana

A trade pack, modules à la carte, or everything.

No twenty-line grid. You pick the formula; ticketing is added per use.
